Our Birthday Girl

Alessandra celebrated a birthday weekend. It started off with a surprise visit from family who drove down from Utah just for her birthday. We had a family party on Sat. afternoon. and a little friend party on Mon. evening. She really enjoyed opening presents and eating cake.

 My 1st attempts at making birthday cakes. They didn't turn out as perfect as I had hoped but they were really fun to make.

Cousin Charlie's birthday is 3 days before Alessandra's so we celebrated them together. I made him a baseball hat.

Alessandra's 1st Easter

 We started off Alessandra's 1st Easter with egg dying. Once she figured out what was going on she really got into it. We would hand her the egg, she would taste it, then drop it into the dye.

Spring fun

The weather has been so nice we have spent a lot of time outside playing. 

 We went to the park with Amy, Jonathan, Charlie and Grandma. Alessandra and Charlie liked the slide.

11 Months old

Alessandra is 11 months old, cant believe next month she will be a year old. Where did the time go? She is anxious to be walking and free to go where she wants to go. She is such a happy baby, always laughing, smiling and babbling. Her favorite words are Mama, Dada and up.

She loves the dogs, and they love her in small doses, good thing they are faster than her. She will sit or stand and talk to Kiesha for a long time. She has a whole conversation with the dog.

February

Alessandra turned 10 mon. in Feb. She celebrated her 1st Valentines day. She got clothes, books and bubbles. She had no idea what was going on.       

 It is getting harder and harder to get her to sit still for a photo. She is such a busy body, crawling all over, checking everything out. She isn't a fan of wearing the headbands and bows anymore, she pulls them off right away.

 We have had some really nice sunny days so we got to play outside alot. She loves to cruse around in her walker and help Daddy in the garage.

Another Miracle

In August Alessandra will become a big sister. We are expecting our little miracle #2. 

9 months old

Alessandra is 9 months old. She is crawling all over the house getting into everything. She learned how to clap her hands and expects everyone to clap with her.
