February fun

February flew by,. We have had amazing weather so we play outside a lot. Alessandra has put the miles on her 4 wheeler cruising around the farm. I put Joal in the stroller and follow her around, so I get my exercise.                   

We went to dinner at Greasewood Flats, Alessandra loved eating at the picnic table and roaming around listening to the good music. It was a beautiful evening, I captured an amazing sunset with Pinnacle Peak.                               

I couldn't get anyone to look at the camera for a dinner photo.

6 months

Our little man is 6 months old. He weighs 17 lbs. And 27 1/4 in. Long. He is sitting up by himself and rolling all around the room. He is eating solid foods and loving every bite. He is such a happy smiling little boy.

I got Alessandra her apron and told her we were going to bake cookies, well according to Alessandra her outfit wasn't complete without her hard hat. She makes me laugh!!.

She loved making cookies but her favorite part was frosting them. 

All finished frosting the cookies now it's time to lick the spatula.Thanks Liz for teaching her that!!!

Hop Hop

Meet the newest member of our family, Hop Hop. Alessandra loves rabbits so we thought we would get her one of her own. She is so good with him, holds him, feeds him and makes sure he gets a treat. I love seeing the smile on her face each time we go see him. 

January happenings

January has been a beautiful month. We have had amazing  mid 70s weather. We have been able to spend a lot of time playing outside. 

Joal turned 5 months old. He is rolling over and starting to pull his knees under himself. He loves to be sitting up or playing in his walker. He is a very happy boy, he loves to watch everything big sister is doing and she can make him laugh.

 Alessandra is 21 months old. I am excited she finally has enough hair for me to put into little pigtails. She is adorable with her pigtails. She is a little sponge, soaking up and learning so much. She is my little helper, loves to sweep the floor and put dishes in the sink.

We had the opportunity to go to the Gilbert temple open house. It is a beautiful temple and we enjoyed the tour.                                                             

Christmas 2013

After we put the kids to bed on Christmas Eve, Jr and I sat on the couch looking at the Christmas lights and all the gifts under the tree. We talked about our 2 little miracles and how we thought we would never be sharing the joy of Christmas morning with children. We were so excited to see Alessandra and Joal open their gifts.We are so blessed with amazing kids and a wonderful family to share the holidays with. 

Santa left Alessandra an Apple in her stocking and she had to eat it before opening presents. She loves her apples.

Alessandra was so excited about her princess 4 wheeler. Grandpa and Daddy were just as excited.

Later in the day we went to Grandma Hinmans for more Christmas fun.

Christmas eve

Christmas Eve 2013. We had a wonderful evening with family. It was a beautiful 70 degrees, perfect for being outside playing. We ate cheesy potato soup and watched the kids beat the Angry Birds pinata.
