Family Time

We spent Saturday together as a family to celebrate Dads birthday. We went to Firebird Raceway to watch the Drag Boat races, then on to Rawhide for dinner.The fastest boat we saw 253 MPH

Desert Botanical Gardens

Mom, Grandma, Aunt Diane & I spent an afternoon walking around the Desert Botanical Gardens.
It is so amazing how a plant so harsh can have such beautiful flowers.

Took the 1979 Ford out for it's maiden voyage,(without a front windshield). When mari was driving Dorothy told her to slow down in case a pheasant flew thru the window!!!! Yeah we have so many pheasants flying around. We didn't even get any bugs in our face.

Birthday Weekend

Another year has come and gone and now I'm a year older. We kicked off birthday weekend with a BBQ on Saturday, family, food, presents and CAKE. Then on Monday I got a pedicure with my best friend, more presents to open and dinner with more family. Then Jr took me for cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory. Other than gaining a few pounds eating all the good food and dessert, I had a great birthday.
